Rava Laddu


Rava (Sooji): 500 grams
Coconut gratings: 100 grams
Ghee: 150 Ml
Cashew nuts: 100 grams
Raisins: 50 grams
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Sugar powder: 400 grams
Hot thin milk: 200 Ml

Method of Preparation:

  1. First take big Kadaai, put 3 table spoon of ghee and add Rava. Now roast the Rava, with medium flame. Please note that, it should not be burned. It should be very light golden brown.
  2. Next step is Put remaining ghee in a pan, add Cashew nuts, raisin and coconut gratings, Keep the flame low, after frying keep it alone.
  3. Now put sugar powder into the Rava, and pour hot Milk, remaining ghee and other fried ingredients, now mix it well. After that, make the mixture into the medium balls. Then leave it for 2 hours. Now the tasty Rava Laddu is ready to eat. Store the Rava Laddu in air tight container. You can consume up to 10 days. Enjoy..!
