Full fat milk: 1 Liter
Sugar: 250 g

Method of Preparation:

  1. Take non-stick or heavy bottom pan or vessel, add milk and bring it to boil over medium flame. After boiling reduce the flame in to low, keep stirring every 10 minutes and scrap the sides of the pan. Make sure, the milk should not get burnt at the bottom.
  2. After that, the color of the milk will change slightly yellowish and it starts to get stick and thickly. Once the milk starts solidifying, add the sugar and stir continuously, after that, it becomes little watery. Then, keep on stirring until the milk solidifies and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Then, switch off the flame.
  3. Once it cools it will very thicken. Now the yummy Palkova is ready to eat. Enjoy!
