Ellu Urundai / Sesame Seeds Laddu

INGREDIENTS

Sesame seeds : 1 Cup
Jaggery : ½ Cup

Method of Preparation:

  1. First you have to roast sesame seeds until it hisses and you get a good nutty aroma of roasted sesame seeds.
  2. Grind the jaggery until powder or you can get Jaggery powder at grocery shops.
  3. Grind sesame and add Jaggery powder then, dry grind both together until well combined. Then transfer it to a bowl, make small balls and leave it for 10 minutes. Now you can eat Ellu Urundai or Sesame Seeds Laddu. It is one of the mouthwatering dishes, at the same time very healthy.
